Nevada Tracy Adventures

Howdy!

We're the Tracys and this blog is to chronicle our adventures in Northern Nevada.

When most think of Nevada, they picture Las Vegas. But Vegas is only a very small part of the state (though the majority of the population does live there). Though the rest of the state is also very derserty, we also have a lot of mountains and some farm lands. Much of our area is actually very beautiful.

And then there are the mustangs, of course. Yes, wild horses are one of our biggest "pests" :-)

We are a family of 11- Mom and Dad and nine children ranging from 2-22 years old. All the children have been homeschooled from the start.

Dad is a warehouse manager and assistant pastor of our church. He loves to drive and see new things.

Mom teaches, runs the house, writes books, and is studying herbs.

Liz (the oldest) is mom's right-hand-woman. She helps with the teaching, cares for the garden, and teaches piano.

Jimmy also helps with the teaching and does the repairs around the house.

Fred and Tom are both into sci-fi and have their own blogs and youtube channels.

Hope, Jennymay, Rose and Jane are the "Little Girls" and Clint is the youngest.
