Jon's top 12 Jedi council members

just what it says on the tin. these are my personal favorites of the many jedi seen sitting on the council during the movies and clone wars.

12. Yoda

a fan favorite, and generally considered to be the most powerful of the jedi, master yoda may not be my favorite, but hes still pretty cool to watch.

11. Colem Kcaj

one of the few jedi we know almost nothing about, this mysterious ongree has almost no background, or fame. however, there is nothing wrong with a little mystery and it leaves future stories wide open

10. Depa Billaba

the former apprentice of master windu, the seer depa billaba has since rose to fame as a council member herself. she was one of the few masters of vappad, before her turn to the darkside.

9.  Oppo Rancisis

this ancient jedi master knew the art of battle meditation, curbstomped a bunch of vampire like assassins, plus hes basically a humanoid snake with four arms. needles to say, hes cool.

8. Even Piell

random german ancient aside, this one eyed jedi was short in stature, but long in pure awesomeness. plus, his tragic death while trying to escape the citadel was pretty dramatic too. hes like yodas cooler cousin.

7.  Plo Koon

this qel dor jedi master was trained by a wookie council member, found ashoka tano and had a lightsaber that was a different colour almost every time he appeared. plus, his deep voice was always rather intimidating.

6. Shaak Ti

this graceful lady of war is almost always on "top 10 jedi" lists and for good reason. a togruta like the much younger ashoka, shaak ti is just plain cool. she was also one of the few who survived order 66.

5. Eeth Koth

quite a bit of confusion has arisen around eeth and his fellow zabrek jedi agen kolar (probably because they were originally the same character). eeth koth is still a pretty cool jedi, even though he has almost been killed by the writers three times.

4. Kit Fisto

another fan favorite jedi, the natolien jedi kit fisto is almost always enjoying himself. he is one of the few who managed to defeat grievous and lasted the longest out of all the jedi who went to arrest palpatine with master windu.

3. Colem Trebor

like the other colem on this list, we know very little about this dinosaur headed jedi. still, trying to take down dooku like he did, defiantly earns him a place on this list (even if his 360 vision couldn't save him from being shot by jango feet.)

2. Obi-wan Kenobi

sometimes sarcastic, sometimes kindhearted and always a hero, kenobi is one of the most iconic jedi of all time. trained by qui-gon jinn he went on to train two generations of skywalkers, survive order 66, master the art of coming back as a force ghost and just all around being awesome.

qui-gon found the chosen one? not affected
attacked by jango? not affected
the chancellor is really a sith? not affected
made fun of for having a purple lightsaber? not affected
mace windu is one of the most powerful jedi of all time and my personal favorite.
